News - ‘Getting Real’
Assertiveness Training for Adolescents

SouthWest Counselling Centre will also run their ‘GET REAL’ programme at Boherbue Comprehensive, Killorglin Community College and Youthreach Killarney. The aim of this programme is to empower young people to make responsible choices in the area of relationships. Topics covered include Assertiveness, Self-esteem, Coping Skills, Decision Making and Communication. This programme is funded by the Crisis Pregnancy Agency.
